Where we ship
We currently ship to France and the United States.

Delivery times
Orders are delivered in 10 to 15 days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates: carrier delays, weather or customs can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a few days to update after you receive it.

Duties and taxes
Prices include applicable taxes for France. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout shows them as prepaid.

Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible, before the order ships.

Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 days, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will sort it out (reshipment or refund).
